I could survive without soda. I could survive without mango juice. I could even survive without coffee. I cannot however, survive without tea. Anyone who knows me, knows I have an unbreakable bond with my teas. Although, I am also the first one to jump at any opportunity to be festive and engage in a holiday or season to the fullest extent, so this can cause an internal dilemma sometimes and the occasional caffeine overload!
Everyone knows that September and October are reserved for Pumpkin Spice flavored beverages and hot apple cider. November is kind of that odd month that nobody knows what to do with while we unwind from Thanksgiving and Halloween and we get ready for Christmas and New Years. I guess if you are American, you have Thanksgiving but us Canadians had that in October so we are left dazed and confused for the month of November. And then by the time December graces us with its presents, we are moving onto hot chocolates.
I refuse to fall victim to Plain Jane hot chocolates this year. Nope, will not happen! Don’t invite me over and serve me any of that chocolate syrup in a mug of warmed milk, I’ll stay home!
